- Walking through this big swivel doors, the smell of strong fragrances flew in my face like a gust of wind. Someone must have gotten too carried away.
- There were some ladies getting their makeup done by the employees
- There is a huge ceiling display which looks like a paper chandelier hanging from the ceiling promoting calvin klein.
- It is a much older crowd. No children in sight.
- Workers out numbered the customers tonight.
- Pillars on the main floor gives the store a more victorian/classy feel.
- There is a water fountain in an odd place right when you get off the escalators- hope no one falls in!
- Holiday displays are all throughout the store on every floor distinguishing the season.
- All workers are professionally dressed in uniforms/matching outfits.
-Marshall Fields has 9 floors.
-Customers appear to be upper class- knowing exactly what they are searching for, like they are on a mission.

I think you do a good job, although I'd like you to further engage yourself in description: for instance, #9 could be expanded a bit (what are the floors? why so many?) and #10 feels incomplete (why do they appear to be upper class? Is that universal)?
In short, try and invest this with more sensory information.
